Visiting the shop

Where is All Things Bright located?

We’re based in the centre of Richmond, North Yorkshire, surrounded by other independent shops and local favourites. You’ll find our full address and opening hours on our Contact page.

Is there parking near the shop?

Free parking is available for up to two hours in disc zones, including the Market Place where the shop is located - discs are freely available from Richmond Information Centre and several shops. For longer periods, there are a number of Pay-and-Display car parks available. More information on parking options can be found HERE

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we welcome your furry friends and have a jar of treats ready and waiting for them!

Shopping with us

Where do your products come from?

All of our items are crafted by makers and artists from Yorkshire and the North East, so every piece has a real local story behind it. Our handmade items such as pottery and jewellery will each have their own character, which is part of their charm.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers that can be used online or in-store. They’re ideal if you’d like to treat someone to a workshop or let them choose their own favourite piece from our local makers.

Workshops

How do I book a craft workshop?

You can book workshops online via our Workshops page or by visiting us in the shop. Each listing includes the date, time, price, and what’s included so you know exactly what to expect.

Some of our workshop bookings are managed by the workshop provider, where this is the case the listing on our website will link you to their own booking site where you can check availability and purchase tickets.

Are your workshops suitable for beginners?

Many of our workshops are beginner-friendly, and we’ll always say on the workshop page if any previous experience is helpful. Our makers are welcoming and happy to guide you step by step.

Do you run seasonal or Christmas workshops?

Yes, we run seasonal workshops throughout the year, including festive sessions in the lead-up to Christmas. New dates are added regularly, so it’s worth checking back or signing up for our newsletter.

What happens after I book a workshop?

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the key details. We’ll also send a reminder closer to the date, so you’re fully prepared on the day.

For externally managed workshops, these emails will come from the organiser rather than us; however, if you have any questions, you can send us a message and we'll put you in touch with them.

Delivery & Returns

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to addresses across the UK using trusted delivery services. Orders are normally dispatched within a few working days, and we’ll email you when your parcel is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order. You’ll always see the delivery price clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Can I click and collect from the shop?

Yes, you can choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Richmond shop during opening hours. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

What is your returns policy for online orders?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it with your order details and a clear photo. We’ll work with you to put things right quickly.
